Wednesdays at 6:30 pm for three-year-olds through fifth grade. Awana is fun with a purpose! Kids learn about the love of Jesus through scripture, games, and friends! There is always room for more kids so sign up today!
BRRRR, IT’S COLD OUTSIDE
It’s cold outside, but not everyone is blessed with a warm coat. Through December 17, we are accepting donations of new and gently used coats of all sizes for men, women, and children. You can drop coats in the bins provided in the Waypoint welcome centers, or you can order them from the Amazon Wishlist and have them delivered directly to Waypoint. The coats will be distributed, along with the Good News of Jesus, by the Hightower Baptist Association Food and Clothing Bank. Thank you for sharing warmth and Jesus with our community.
WOMEN'S CHRISTMAS BRUNCH
Saturday, December 6 from 10 am-12 pm. Enjoy beautifully decorated tables, a Christmas devotion, a gift exchange, and a delicious brunch with friends! Bring a brunch dish or baked good to share, along with a nice $10 Christmas-themed gift for the gift exchange. Sign up soon, especially if you’d like to host a table!
A MINISTRY OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUR LITTLE PERFORMER!
Thursday, December 11 at 6:30 pm for kids in kindergarten through fifth grade. Our preschool, Waypoint Christian Academy, is hosting a Christmas concert and live nativity. They have invited all Waypoint children, including Awana clubbers, to come sing with them! Music will be provided in advance for practice at home. A detailed rehearsal schedule will soon be provided by children's choir director, Ms. Kellie Hill. If your child would like to share the true reason for Christmas through this meaningful, musical event, please sign them up today!
SERVE HUNDREDS IN ONE DAY
Saturday, December 13 from 8 am-12 pm. In this local missions opportunity, we will partner with Hightower Food Bank & Clothes Closet to help hundreds of families in need. You can serve alongside your family (ages 12 and up), your small group, or on your own. Sign up so we'll know who will be there.
