WHY WE GIVE

Thank you for your prayerful and thoughtful giving to the ministries of Waypoint Baptist Church. Your gifts, tithes, and offerings are supporting and expanding ministries of Waypoint – ministries that serve on-site, throughout our community, as well as national and international missions. Waypoint Baptist Church is faithfully committed to good stewardship and integrity in the management of the resources God has provided us.

WAYS TO GIVE AT WAYPOINT

GIVE BY TEXTING AN AMOUNT TO 770.796.5757

When giving by text, the first time only, you will receive a secure link that will allow you to enter your credit or debit card information. After the first time, just enter an amount followed by a keyword: tithe, missions, student, or tuition (daycare), etc. Hit “send” and you are all done!

GIVE BY SMARTPHONE OR TABLET APP

Using your device, visit the app store, search for the ShelbyNEXT Giving app, and install. Turn on your device’s location service, open the ShelbyNEXT Giving app, type Waypoint Baptist Church or 30040. Once set up, you will not need to do so again. When the church name is found, select it to log in. Select the “Give” or “+” button to open the giving window, provide the info requested, and you are ready to give by app! You can even set your app to give automatically for you, by selecting the amount and schedule in advance.

GIVE AT CHURCH

There are two ways you can give at church. Of course, you can give on Sunday mornings by placing your offering in one of the baskets during worship. You can also make your offering even during hours when the building is closed. As you approach the entrance to Waypoint that is closest to the office, you will see a door on your left. That door has a mail slot in it. You can drop your offering in that mail slot. The box the slot opens into is locked and will be checked regularly.
