SOME THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

1. Your Ministry Fair Table will likely be half of an 8-foot table.

2. We will provide you with a ministry sign and hang it over your table.

3. We will provide a black tablecloth to cover your table.

4. We will provide you with a basic handout describing your ministry. If you would like to use one of your own, please email a sample to Karen Harrold.

5. So you can decorate your table ahead of time, the church will be open Saturday, May 1 from 12-4 pm OR on Sunday, May 2 from 7:30 - 8:30 am.

6. Please make sure you, or a member of your ministry team, is present at your table on Sunday, May 2 from 8:30-9:10 am; 10:10-10:30 am; and right after church.

A FEW SIMPLE IDEAS FOR YOUR MINISTRY FAIR TABLE

Photos – photos of the ministry, current volunteers, resources used in the ministry (collage, posters, display board, flip through album on the table, appreciation wall of current volunteers).

Play – hands-on, interactive, and fun ways of learning about your ministry (trivia and other types of games, door prizes, festive decor, music, crafts, etc.)

TV or Computer – PowerPoint presentation about the ministry or a video of the ministry in progress.

Props – show real or symbolic representations of that which pertains to the ministry; curriculum or other resources used in the ministry.

Provisions – promotion items, snacks, candy, etc.
